For a typical family house, automatic pellet boilers represent the comfort of operation for 1-2 weeks without a need to visit the boiler room. Once per 1-2 weeks it is necessary to fill the pellets, remove the ash. Once or twice per month to clean the heat exchanger.
- Recommended fuel: Wood pellets with a diameter of 6-8 mm
- Unsuitable pellets: Pellets with a high mineral content (Agropellets, pellets containing sand, etc.), pellets containing a glue, plastic and other non-wood elements.
How to set-up the pellet burner properly
Unauthorized person can not change the burner settings. Initial boiler start is performed by the authorized service technicians after the boiler installation. The authorized person performs the calibration and adjustment of parameters according to the characteristics of your fuel in your facility. After optimizing the settings, the boiler operator is trained (how the optimum flame looks, the parameters are changed when changing the pellet type) and the warranty is confirmed.
